Welcome to Cerebral Scholars. By enrolling in our courses or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

Cerebral Scholars (referred to as "the Academy," "we," "us," or "our") provides specialized educational training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Python Programming, Data Science, and advanced technical fields. Our registered office is located in Jalandhar, Punjab.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission to any course is subject to the eligibility criteria defined by the Academy.

• The Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without providing a specific reason.

• Enrollment is considered complete only after the payment of the requisite fee and submission of necessary documents.

3. Fee & Refund Policy

• Payment: Fees must be paid in full or in agreed installments on or before the specified due dates.

• Refunds: All fees paid to Cerebral Scholars are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except where the Academy fails to initiate a scheduled batch.

• Late Fees: Delay in installment payments may attract a penalty as per academy norms.

4. Lab & Equipment Usage

As an AI and Python-focused academy, we provide high-end lab facilities for practical learning.

• Care: Students must handle lab computers, servers, and equipment with utmost care.

• Damage: Any physical damage to the equipment caused by negligence or intentional misuse will be the financial responsibility of the student/parent.

• Security: Unauthorized access to academy servers or software systems is strictly prohibited.

5. Attendance & Discipline

• A minimum of 75% attendance is required to qualify for the successful completion of the course and the issuance of certificates.

• Misconduct, use of abusive language, or any form of harassment within the Academy premises will lead to immediate termination of membership without a refund.

• Students must strictly adhere to their assigned batch timings.

6. Intellectual Property

All study materials, project code, AI models, and software architectures provided during the course are the intellectual property of Cerebral Scholars. These are for personal learning only and cannot be redistributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes.

7. Placement Assistance

The Academy provides industry-standard training and placement assistance (e.g., resume building, mock interviews). However, we do not guarantee 100% job placement, as career success depends on individual student performance and industry demand.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Academy shall not be held liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings within the premises. We are also not responsible for any technical issues arising from third-party open-source libraries or AI tools used during training.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
